Floodlights
It is confirmed. Charlies right xenon is malfunctioning.
I mean, I bought the f-ing thing for almost 200 Euro from some bloke on ebay who claimed it was new.
I haven’t taken it apart yet, but the headlight leveling mechanism seems to be unhinged and there is a rattle from the casing. So my best guess is that the hinge holding the xenon lamp snapped.
The headlight was shining upwards, so I lowered the beam down lower than the left one, so I can drive in the dark without blinding oncoming traffic.
Ah well, at least I’ve found a christmas present for charlie…
